When each of the three upper and three lower plates of the Infinity Bloc are mounted with the special screws instead of the rods, the distance between the upper and lower plates can be extended to load larger objects between the plates.

These special/extra screws have been developed, so you can move the upper three plates of your Infinity Bloc further away from the three bottom plates. This is very helpful, e.g. when you want to lay down in between the plates, or to charge larger objects.
In that case you remove the rods temporarily and use these large screws instead.
