You can copy the frequency of a source to a target object:
A target object can be anything, for example a glass of water, a metal object such as aluminum foil or jewelry, clothing, etc.. Metals retain the transmitted frequency permanently; with other objects, the transmitted frequency decreases sooner or later.
Here is an example from everyday practice:
A food supplement frequency is transferred to a piece of aluminum foil

1. Seal the source: Sealing means that the source is completely charged with quantum energy so that no other frequency can be added afterwards. If you do not seal the source, the frequency of the target object is also transferred to the source in step 2. 2. Copy the frequency of the source to the target object: Place a piece of aluminum foil with the food supplement in the bloc and leave both there for the specified copying time.
